I know someone will probably scold me for doing this cycle, but I thought I would try something different, because I have never seen anyone running Ostarine along with PHs, usually just after a cycle.
Here's what I'm doing
40mg Epistane divided
100mg Halo divided
20mg Ostarine once per day
1 scoop Alphamine in the morning(I'm very sensitive to stimulants)
I am not going to do a full-on log, just tell some interesting results.
The first thing that really shocked me was that I lost 7 pounds the first week! I was shocked! I thought I might gain a couple, but instead I lost 7! I went from 224 to 217 in a week. I guess it was water and some fat? It wasn't muscle, because I was starting to get some decent pumps and was becoming more vascular.
My cable rows went way up. That was the first real strength increase I noticed. I had been doing 100 pounds or so and decided one day to put all the weight(180) on just to see if I could do one. I did 30! I blew myself away and I wasn't even that tired. I kept trying to see how many I could do so I did 3 sets of 30 later that week. Now I just usually do 50 or so. The other big strength gain I noticed was in my dumbell curls. I had been using the 25 or 35 pounders, but then I thought I would try the 55 pounder, and I was able to use that to my great surprise. I can't use the 85 pounder yet, but I try it everyday. My abs are starting to make an appearance too and I am happy with that, because I've never quite got there before. Muscles are rock hard and pumps are insane now. Stamina and recovery time are great. I feel like I could do 2 workouts a day if I wanted.
I do cardio by not using my car when I go to the gym. It's a 20 min bike ride, so I end up with 40 min of cardio and 1 hr of weightlifting everyday.
I'll check in when I am finished. I have been using liver supplements and have SERMs for PCT ready.
