Cody Vandeweerd Takes Man of Steel at Kansas Regionals on 11/23/13!

Kansas Regionals were held in Salina, KS on 11/23/13. Despite the weather, the Meet had 56 entries, one of the largest in 6 years! Great lifting from seasoned and new lifters!



The Men's Equipped PL category had Joe Walden of KS placing first with a total coefficient of 7.0378. Joe's lifted a total of 1124.35 lbs and 510 kg in the Masters 2 category!



In the Power Sports Open and Pure categories, Nick Birdsong of KS placed first with a total coefficient of 6.4139, 1124.35 lbs and 510 kg. Mark Mitchell, also of KS, placed first in the Masters 2 division with a total coefficient of 4.9115, 1041.67 lbs and 472.50 kg. Great lifts!
