Who here incorporates yoga into their workouts? What type do you do and where do you do it? (home, gym, studio)
With my workout plan, yoga is one thing that will be done daily for on days and rest days. I've done classroom yoga, Pi-Yo and DVDs in the past and always enjoyed it.
