Hit a personal best last night(incline bench)

Im finally getting stonger again and losing some lard at the same time! This is what my incline lifts looked like last night(im starting to get very motivated again):



3 warm up sets

Set1- 265 x 5 (pause on the chest on all sets)

Set2-275x5

Set3- 295x3

Set4-245x11
