My new 4 day split what you think?

Due to my new work schedule I've had to change my work out routine looking at a 4 day split tues - thurs- sat - sun.

what you guys think.





Day 1 chest and Biceps

Exercise Sets Reps

Barbell Bench press 4 10

Incline Dumbbell press 4 10

Dumbbell fly's 3 12

Forward leaning Dip 2 10-12



Biceps

Exercise

EZ Bar curls 3 8-10

Alternate Dumbbell curls or preacher 3 10

Reverse Barbell Curls or wrist curls 3 12



Day 2 - Shoulders and Traps



Shoulders

Exercise

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 8-10

Seated Dumbbell lateral raise 3 10

bent over lateral fly's 3 10

Dumbbell Shrugs 3 10

Rear Smith machine shrugs 3 10



Day 3 - Back and Triceps

Back

Exercise

Wide grip Pullups 4 8-12

Lat pulldowns 4 10

One arm Dumbbell Rows 4 10

Bent over rows /yates row 4 10

Will alternate rows with dead lift



Triceps

Skull Crushers 3 10

Rope Pulldowns 3 12

dips 3 10



Day 4 - Legs



Squat 5 8-10

Leg Press 4 10

Stiff legged Deadlifts 4 10

Calf raise 4 12-15



abs twice a week.
