Hi All,
I have an interview coming up. Not gonna post my resume (don't have time to anonomize it and have lots of detailed work experience), but have a couple of questions.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude. Can I drop the GPA if I include the honor?
I've completed every requirement for the ASA except the FA. Currently, I'm listing it so:
SOA Preliminary Exams Month 20xx - Month 20xx+2
VEE requirements Month 20xx+1
SOA Fundamentals of Actuarial Practice Modules 1-5 and IA Month 20xx+2
Look ok? I'm showing dates to show that I finished exams in a little over two years.
Finally, I have several non actuarial positions that basically show that I worked through college (graduated 5 years ago) They've been reduced to one liners. Ok? It's entirely non relevant experience that take up four lines on my resume.
Company already has a copy of my resume, but I just found out that I MMR'd the IA, so wanted to update to include that, and figured while I'm updating, might as well check with the experts.
