First question: by instituting a monthly fee covering all office visits, isn't this the *exact* definition of insurance? Specifically, capitation?
No news in the article on how long someone needs to sign up for, but this sounds like adverse selection potential up the wazoo.
And she's recommending (correctly) that her policyholders also have major medical insurance. If people take her advice here, then unless they really want her as their PCP, then what's the point?
