Hi there,
I'm currently researching pro hormones and anabolic steroids to use to help recover from a meniscus repair surgery I underwent about a month ago. For my first cycle of any ph/aas I'm looking at stacking HGH along with IGF-1 since combining these two will help the healing process of cartilage. Prior to the injury I was 6'2 and about 198lbs (28 yo). Unsure about bf%, but I was pretty cut thanks to alot of strength based exercise, HIIT, a ton of running and hiking, and of course diet. I've maintained that weight over the past 2 years with the help of very basic supplementation (protien, bcaa, multi vitamin, and fish oil only) and eating just enough to keep my weight consistent. I went from barely being able to pull 395# once in the summer of 2011 to cranking out 415x7 on deadlifts this past July, I've got a sub 20 minute 3 mile time and my other lifts went up as well. Nothing super impressive, but it was progress. Went from 355lb squat to 407lbs, max bench was 295lbs, and ohp 195lbs.
Anyways, thanks for making this forum available.
