This month has marked the one year anniversary of not lifting at all. I cannot motivate myself at all to get back at it. I contribute part of it to juggling full time work and really focusing on college academics. I know this is not an excuse but for some reason I am not dedicated in the gym as I was. I WILL make it back and have set a goal to get back at it at the beginning of October. I'm still eating fairly clean and have lost about 16lbs over the year which was not really a bad thing since it was mostly around my waist. I don't think I am depressed, and don't let many things bother me but this kind of does.
