I am a 36 year old who is married with two kids. When I got married in 2005, I was in the best shape of my life. Today...not so much. I just joined a Powerhouse Gym and made a commitment to get back in shape. I am currently 6'2" and 260 pounds. I am looking to be at 225 by spring. I look forward to all the information available on this site.
