It's been years since I have been lifting until 4 weeks ago, I am following a simple beginner program right now, but not currently doing deads and cleans at the moment. I am an experienced lifter just been a long time away. How long would you stick to a basic beginner program before switching it up. Not trying to bulk just lean out but improve strength (for now). I'm just getting the urge to go 10-8-6-4 for a while like on my football days or something not as time consuming for strength that would fit my schedule……
