I dont normally do cardio, just focus mainly on weight lifting.
Bu recently i have paid more attention to jogging, just to build stamina and for generally a healthier heart.
I have noticed my face looks skinnier. (which isn't a good thing btw lol)
has anyone else encuntered this problem? Is there anyway to combat this?
