Post opp 9 weeks an starting back to lifting.
Who has some knowledge about training after having the repair.
I know the basics( start back easy...listen to your body etc)
I guess what Im trying to figure out is this....I can sill feel where the repair was when I lift or bend a certain way.
I doubt I will be doing any more deadlift (heavy) work.
I can really feel a pulling sensation when I tried doing some pull ups.
How long will that last?
What to look for if Im doing damage or if its just post pain?
Any other experience or advise??
