When I do something, I REALLY DO SOMETHING. Tore my left ACL(again), ruptured left adductor(groin) and possible left hamstring as well. First thing out of my mouth when he said this to me? "WTF, this means I can't train legs. I have one week to train before surgery and THIS is what I have to deal with? You have got to be shitting me?" PA, who is the same ortho from shoulder and has known me since '04, looked at me and shook his head. He said "PC, one week of sitting on your ass isn't going to kill ya." I told him "One week added to 6 months is torture! I wanted to make this week worthwhile. I NEEDED this week mentally and physically. Now, I have neither of those. And how am I going to get to the REAL weights upstairs on crutches?" I swear, if this leads to the knee replacement they've been talking about? We're going to be bankrupt. And I am NOT taking pics of the already bruised upper thigh. If it decides to pool? I will take pics then. SMFH!!!! H2FT pieced together bionic woman soon. Never, ever laugh when a football player pulls a groin ever again...
