Before this final ruling came out, it seemed as if the EHB vision part of the ACA had to be embedded in the medical plan (hence there were no carriers selling stand along vision policies). It seems now as if people must have the choice to accept or decline their vision coverage.
Are we going to see carriers starting to sell stand alone ehb vision plans?
