I was inspired to ask this by a couple other threads floating around.
Let's say I'm a personable, handsome young actuary with about 5 years of experience, doing great at a traditional job.
What is the logical next step if I want to (a) be more challenged and (b) make a crapload of money? Grind the ladder, move some where else, go back to school?
Talk amongst yourselves.
