Hi quick question about phone interviews. I just did one today and the Hiring Manager said there are other candidates she needs to interview and I should wait two weeks to hear back. Is that bad? Interview seemed to go well though and she seemed enthusiastic.
Also, hey how would you answer this question? The cost of their product is $80. Their required profit margin is 5%. The competitor sells a similar product at $100. How would you price it? I pretty much gave a range, ~84 to 100, given the constraints, and I said an exact figure in that range would depend on how much market share you are looking to get. I ended up saying like $90 but maybe I should've considered how much total profit you would get given the profit margin and new customers you expect to pull.
