Is it right to accept an open-ended internship if I'm going to leave in 2 months?

Here's my situation:

I graduated college last month and was offered a full-time position at the company I interned at this past summer. However, the start date is only in April for various reasons. I've also received an open-ended internship offer at another company in a different field to start immediately.

I'm obviously going to accept the full-time job offer. That's a no brainer. However, it's not the field I want to work in long-term. My plan is to get a couple of years of experience under my belt and then switch fields. The internship offer is in the field I want to work in long-term, so I was wondering if switching would be easier if I had a couple of months experience in that field. If yes, is it right to accept the internship? Since it's open-ended they're obviously expecting me to stay more than two months. If I got a full-time offer after starting the internship, then I started the internship in good faith and circumstances changed. But to go into the internship planning to leave - is that moral?

Any thoughts on the situation will be appreciated.
