Figured people in this subforum would know the answer to my question.
Basically I can't sit for an exam in April because of X, Y and Z. So instead I'm thinking of doing DMAC to satisfy my company's student program requirements.
So I read the part where they say you have to pass all FSA requirements within 2 years of the DMAC pass date on your transcript, or you have to redo DMAC.
Does FAC count towards the requirements?
Basically I got GHS and GHA left. Let's say I submit DMAC on 6/30/2015, and let's say I pass 8 weeks later on 8/31/2015. Does 6/30/2015 or 8/31/2015 show up as the date on my transcript. I'm pretty sure it's 6/30/2015.
Let's say it is 6/30/2015 as the answer to my last question. Also, let's say I get lucky and go 2/3 on GHS/A and pass the last exam on 10/31/2016 (on transcript) while finding out of course on 1/16/2017. Am I good because 10/31/2016 minus 6/30/2015 is within 2 years, or is it 1/16/2017 minus 6/30/2015 which is also within 2 years.
Everything sounds doable so far even tho 2/3 given my track record is tough. Next thing. If they count the end date as to when FAC is completed then I think I'm screwed. Because 2 weeks after 1/16/2017 I'd get the invite for FAC, so that would be end of January, so I might get in to the March 2017 FAC, worse case early June 2017 FAC. So I'd still finish FAC (given FAC is the end date for the 2 year rule) by 6/30/2017.
What do people think about this? Is this what you guys are doing, or are you sitting on DMAC until you pass all your FSA exams?
So I think I convinced myself that I could go 2/3 and still be good on the 2 years, but the only way I could go 2/4 and still be good is if the end date for the 2 year rule isn't the FAC completion date.
