Just doing something simple for now. For convenience, I'll put what is in my list below (I have quotes in the slides)



- October 2011 Brad Smith announcement of merger idea

- [aside to note this was a surprise to everybody]

- Nov 2011 CAS Response (NO)

- March 2012 SOA announces GI Track

- October 2012 SOA decides to end joint sponsorship of prelims

- Oct 2012: CAS response (this affects profession negatively)

- March 2013: SOA offers membership to current CAS members

- Jan 2014: AAA boots SOA special directors from its board

- Sept 2014: SOA spams the CAS

- Dec 2014: Freedman lawsuit filed



I know there are some things that I didn't put in there, but I'm trying to hit highlights, because if I put in everything, I may lose people's attention.
