Terminal Dividend

I am pricing for a product with terminal dividend (I.e. the dividend will also be distributed upon termination like surrender, claim or maturity).

Might I know what is the difference in pricing practice between pricing the terminal dividend and pricing the dividend under the general situation? thanks,
