If a kid grows up in an abusive home, and grows up to commit a violent crime - is the history an excuse for said behavior?
What about if a cop deals with violence every day at work - is that an excuse for the cop to use violence?
Seems like many americans say no to the first part and yes to the 2nd. Even though the cop chose his position - the former didn't.
Cops suck.
And americans suck for letting them get away with it.
