I would really like to increase my grip strength, especially since I can barely hold onto the bar during deadlifts. Since the forearms are so small, can I get away with training them everyday? I never isolate them, I just work them during my other lifts (e.g. deadlift, barbell shrugs, pull ups). If I can train them everyday, I'll probably just do 1 arm hangs until failure. Thoughts?
