Recommend which of the two appraisal methods SLH should choose (actuarial appraisal method vs comparable transaction method)



Solution



SLH should choose the AA method because

1. Of the difficulty of finding similar comparable transactions (how do we know this from the information provided?)

2. Either method requires adjustments and cannot be used directly (I would have thought AA requires more adjustments)
