I have the option to take the ASA modules and get an ASA in about 9 months- 1 year, or go the ACAS track, and based on my previous exam performance, it would take me 1.5-3 years to reach ACAS. Wondering what people on the board think about going the shorter track to ASA vs ACAS. If I got the ASA I would likely continue down the FSA-GI track. I have 7 years of experience in A&H, so I work with P&C methods and am familiar with the work, so if I switched positions, I have the knowledge for P&C. Would there be any significant disadvantage to having the ASA and having opportunities earlier than waiting the 2-3 years to get an ACAS?
Thanks guys
