I was wondering how a typical offer conversation goes at the end of an internship. I am very interested in the company I am going to be interning with, they are a great company with a solid reputation and program. The only thing I don't like is the location. If (fairly large IF here) I am offered a job at the end of my internship will they give me time to look elsewhere or is it a take it or leave it situation?
I just want to know all of my options at the end of the summer, and I think it would be nice if they gave you some time to explore your options. I think it would be irresponsible not to look around if anything.
For those of you who were offered at the end of your internship was it just a straight up offer then and there, or did you have to apply later with everyone else and they just bumped up your application because you were an intern? I'm just curious about the whole process so any info is helpful.
Thanks
