So, I'm taking a strategic rest week. The intial goal was to only play my two sports games, and one was cancelled, so now between last Sunday and next Monday I have one sports game, and nothing else.
I feel like I'm wasting away, I need to do some curls or sprints or something. What is the right way to approach a break week, is some light cardio still ok, or should I really break break.
The reason for the break is next week will be very challenging (strenous hiking every day for a little over a week). I've been doing a lot of stuff over the last few months to sort of prepare, and, I think I'm suppose to just sit here and do nothing this week, but I'm feeling a bit couped up now, like I should get to do a jog or something atleast.....
