Companies Decreasing Exam Raises

I found an older copy of my company's study program. Perhaps not too shockingly, the exam raise percentages had gone down and some were removed (such as VEE's or getting credentials). Anyone else notice this at their place of employment and is this a trend that's likely to continue?
