I need some advice. I'm graduated and have 2 exams down and currently don't have a job. Right now I could just spend my days learning SQL, VBA, studying for the 3rd test, and sending out actuary job apps. But I understand that it's not a good idea to have blank spots on your resume and it's better to be working somewhere. What should be my priority- finding local employment ASAP, or developing actuarial skills?
Is it better to work minwage or focus on developing actuarial skills?
