Hi! I'm new here (and this is my first post).
I was just wondering if it is possible to use a prepaid debit card to pay for the exams, if you are sending the application thru fax (not online)?
I've asked around but no one I know seems to have tried this before. They all use credit cards, but I don't own one. I only have a prepaid MasterCard that I use for online shopping. Help? :-?
