This just landed in my In Box last night.
http://www.glassdoor.com/blog/tech-s...GenderSalaries
It's based on salaries reported to Glassdoor.com and shows some discrepancies between salaries of male and female working at some major tech employers. I'm sure DWS won't want to go so far as slicing and dicing by employer (or might list them as Employer 1, Employer 2, etc. without identifying employers), but this could be interesting.
I'm well aware of the many variables that go into compensation (likely higher if you move more often, bring in more business, work longer hours and travel more) and I realize that even with GlassDoor.com showing average years of experience it doesn't tell the whole story.
How about it for next year, DWS? Inquiring minds want to know.

Can we get the DWS Survey by gender?
