I haven't been able to find much on this topic online...are there any female actuaries you know who have kids, and whose careers were negatively affected by this (ie, they were basically pushed out the door)? Do the companies you work for have standard maternity leave policies or are they more generous? Do you know any mothers (or actuaries in general) who work from home? Thanks!
