Four days in Hong Kong (and 2.5 in Singapore) what do you recommend?

So, I'm heading to Singapore tomorrow and then onto Hong Kong on Thursday what do people recommend doing and anywhere you'd recommend to eat?



Also, for Hong Kong, any recommendations on where to go to get some shirts made for me and possibly a suit for a woman?



Things on my list so far...



For Singapore...

Try a Singapore sling, possibly try chilli crab, get Singapore noodles, see Raffles, go to the "bird park", possibly go to the botanic garden, I'm thinking about doing the jungle walk, and after that I'm not entirely sure.



For Hong Kong...

Not totally sure yet...

I'm thinking about looking into getting some shirts made (almost never wear a suit), wondering if it is worth heading over to Macau, possibly going on a hike near Dragon's Back.



Any other tips would be useful. I think I'm getting the Octopus card in Hong Kong and will be looking into short term SIM cards in both places.
