I do wind sprints about 2x / week.
I'd say about once / month, I end up throwing up about 10-15 minutes after my workout.
I'm in pretty good shape when it comes to sprinting, so this isn't caused by me trying to get into shape or lose fat...
Am I pushing myself too hard? Is that possible? Am I doing any damage when I throw up? Does it just mean that I worked out as hard as I could, and that's a good thing? I also feel light headed sometimes. All of this goes away in about 30 minutes.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this in the future? What are the best foods to eat before this kind of workout?
