The local guys here run donkaments through PokerStars.net's play chip tourney option. They just PayPal one main guy the funds, that guy lets them into the "play chip" tourney and then they play it out and he sends the prize money back to them.
You just have to disable chat is the only thing, since if Big Brother finds out there's real money behind the action they kick you out. They get around this by going through google chat I guess.
