I found a few files on CMS, but do consulting firms like Milliman or Aon sell claims data for a subset of procedure codes or diagnosis codes? Are there other resources?
I am trying to figure out for patients with condition X, what is the prevalence, cost per patient, provider utilization pattern across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid etc populations. The data I currently have in house is limited to a set of procedure codes so I have a limited view of patients with a specific condition.
Any guidance is appreciated.
