You are encouraged to work those in order to see how the concepts can be tested.
It is also highly recommended to work past exams. Your PAK Exam Aid also organizes your review for past SOA exams .
If you did not already secure a copy of the PAK Exam Aid , do so: Don't be left out. It is available at your favorite bookstore.
