Is there a shortcut to calculate the 10-year certain only factor (7.9293 with 5% interest) with a calculator? I only know how to do it by listing out all the payments in excel and discounting back, which takes me about 30 seconds but won't work in exam conditions. I took MLC seven years ago so perhaps I've forgotten something.
