I'm sure pretty many of you are aware of the SAE controversy at the University of Oklahoma. I believe at this point two of the kids involved have been named publicly. Let's assume for this hypothetical that one of them is searching for an actuarial entry level position. Let's assume they have 3-4 exams passed, solid technical skills, prior internship, etc. - They are a strong candidate. Does an incident like this blackball from the profession for life? Is there a time they could come back to the profession? Let's say somehow they got an interview, how would they explain this incident in an interview. Just curious what people's thoughts are. Thanks.
