I just saw this designation in the signature of someone rather senior to me in the organization, so I looked it up to see what it meant.

Is anyone familiar with its value? Is the education redundant to the FSA level exams? (a quick scan of the course descriptions made that sound like a "yes") How much time does it take to complete these courses?
