So I don't like the latest Pocket Casts update. Looks nice enough (materiyolo), but loses functionality I was used to. It's a paid app that I've paid for. I've updated the app on my main phone (OnePlus One) but still have the old version on my old phone (Nexus 4) and my tablet (Nexus 7).
So, I guess what I'd like to do is to grab the apk file from one of those non-updated devices and use that to put the app back to the way I gosh-darn like it on my updated device. Is that possible? Or do devices download device-specific apks and moving them from one to another is inadvisable?
If this is something that would work, is there anything in particular I should know about how to go about doing it?
