I was invited for second interview in an offshore financial services commission as a management trainee. I can't get any entry level actuarial job at the moment so I thought I want to take this job first if shortlisted and see if I still want to pursue an actuarial career in the future or I will find another area that I'm interested. May I know if financial regulation or compliance career have a bright prospect in term of reward or demand of the global market? Is it challenging? What is the main or special thing I can learn working there?
