I'm trying to determine how much difference there would be between claims based on an own occupation definition compared to any occupation. Ideally there would be different tables, but the IDEC and CIDA tables don't differentiate.
Is there any information available in this regard?
I'm also curious if there are any tables related to partial and residual disability. I can't find anything. Partial disability occurring after total disability would seemingly not have a large effect on costs (longer term partial disability costs being offset by less full benefits), but residual disability being allowed without total disability would presumably have a significant effect.
