How to construct a quarterly Loss Triangle if the data is up to February only.

Normally, if we have quarterly data on Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec, we can use accident quarter and development period to construct a loss triangle in quarterly basis.



However, If the data is available on Feb/May/Aug/Nov, how to construct a Loss triangle in quarterly basis?:-?



(except using accident month/ accident year)
