- number of exams: 4,5,6+, ASA/ACAS?
- experience: 3,4,5+ years?
- specific programming skills: e.g. Emblem for P&C pricing
- A+ on real analysis
- nationality: UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Australia, ...
- P&C, Life, Health, Pensions: P&C seems easiest, I may be wrong.
