Tattooing the resumé to bear chest
I think even in 2015 in most orhanizations this would be outlandish
But what If the resumé is excellent and the company is in a tropical part of Brazil or Australia
For one thing, it would show the person is serious about the resumé as a ti tattoo doesn't come off so easily
If someone says "willing to relocate to ..... On bare skin burned in tattoo, then that's more likely legit and not a custom tailored resume to fit the job description
