I guess I'm not understanding how the contingency works.. Shouldn't this value be a negative "cost" because it's an allowance provided by MMCL?
Also, since it is not currently negative, when I change the 15% to 0% on the "Net Value of Acquisition" tab my Grand Total becomes more negative (since I'm including the $1.5M per year savings). Then, it's not possible to solve for Inflation Rate without making it negative...
