I havent logged here in a while! Actually forgot I was a member lol
anyways I've had some bad news.
I'm from the UK, I went to the Doctors to get sperm test done as me and the missus have been trying for a little while for a child. but nothing seems to be happening. Anyways my test result came back bad. Apperantly I have got lazy sperm which are no swimming correctly.
I dont use roids. have not prperly for 3 years. But Ive cycled with Insulin in the past few months. 4 weeks on and off without roids.
Here are the results- hope someone can shed some light as to what it means:
semen volume - 3ml [2-6]
semen viscosity - normal
sperm concentration - 10 10*6/ml
sperm motility - below range 10% [60-100]
sperm forward progression - poor
Also I would apreciate it if anyone can give me any advice or recommendations.
