hay hows ever one

im art im 54yrs old. 13 yrs ago i owend a gym with a friend and he went bad. not nowing he was not paing the bills we lost it. i got out of school 145 lbs iv always loved lifting i got up to 214lbs hade a 380lbs bench . now i started back in april 2013 iv gained 25lbs back 1m 185 now hope to get back at 214lbs. any way i hope every one is good
