Been awhile since I've logged but I was ready for a bit of focus in my work outs... Iron Flex was generous and I will be working with Stanozane.
After reading the web page and researching I think I have set the right goals for this supplement...
I am currently 196.9 at 5'10 BF is 17.9 measured by the Ironman Inner scan scale. I will deam the experiment a success if i can atain 210 at 15% BF, without loosing my Hair!!! LOL
In researching the product I see that it's conversion is to DHT. I have a buzz cut and plan to keep it so not worried to much but will comment if there is a noticable change in it's pattern.
I should be able to reach those goals easily with a 60-20-20 macro diet at 2500 cals per day, the trick will be the BF% as that is slightly higher than maintanance cals but not enough to gain fat through the middle which is my nemesis. I'll post a pic tomorrow.
To measure strength gains I will use a similar system as I have before. I will conduct a base trial on a specific set of lifts and will track the 3 rep max of each..........
Base line lifts..
Plan is to re-test these on their respective days before saturday morning thru the four weeks.. current weights are
Flat bench 280 3rm
Military Press 145 3rm
Dead Lifts 325 3rm legs / always feel sheer in the knees
Squats 300 3rm still lame... The knee just won't cooperate, any suggestions here would be appreciated..

will start the first dosing tomorrow am, 1 200 mg 3 times a day
plan is at 5 am, 1 pm, 9 pm, we will see if that 9 pm keeps me up... It's not a direct stimulant so I should be fine..... see you tomorrow...
